WHAT DO I DO TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering from our website couldn't be any simpler! To place an order, simply follow the simple steps below;

  • Use the 'add to basket' button on each product page to add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart as you browse our website.

  • When you're ready to check your basket, select it by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the display.

  • Click "continue to checkout" after having a quick look at your basket to make sure everything is in order.

  • Choose your delivery method, address, billing information, and payment method using our straightforward 3-step process.

HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT INFORMATION IS SAFE?

There is no need to worry! All of the payment and transaction pages on the our website are completely secure.

I WILL BE CHARGED WHEN?

As soon as you complete our checkout process, we begin processing your payment. This enables us to quickly ship your stuff so you can start playing.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?

As we aim to dispatch most orders the same day, we can't guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order, or cancel your order. However, if you do wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 15 minutes so that we can try to support with any amend or cancellation requested.

AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT?

HOW WILL I KNOW WHETHER MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

 After you make a purchase, we will immediately send you an email to confirm that the order has been placed. Once the items have been shipped, you will receive a separate email with important details, including your tracking information, so you can stay on top of your order.

 

DOES IT MATTER THAT THE ADDRESS I WANT MY ORDER DELIVERED TO IS DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

That won't be a problem at all because you can enter your various addresses on our checkout page.

 

MY PAYMENT IS NOT BEING ACCEPTED?
