IS NEXT DAY DELIVERY POSSIBLE?
Yes, we can. Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 9 p.m. for most of our items and 5 p.m. if you live in the UK and need your item urgently. Sadly, we are unable to provide next day delivery for a very small number of larger items.
ARE DELIVERIES FREE OR DO I HAVE TO PAY A FEE?
The majority of our deliveries are free, however occasionally there may be some things that call for a little fee; in those cases, we will notify the customer in advance.

At this time, we do not accept any orders from outside of the UK.
AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT?
We try to ship out the majority of orders the same day, therefore we can't promise that we'll be able to amend or cancel your order. However, if you do need to adjust or cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 15 minutes so that we can try to assist you.
WHOM DO YOU USE AS DELIVERY COURIERS?
We transport goods from our warehouse to your door using a variety of couriers, including FedEx, Landmark, Yodel, UPS, DHL, Hermes, Parcelforce, Tuffnells, and Royal Mail. We have access to a wide number of couriers, giving you the widest possible selection of delivery options and allowing us to deliver your order in the most efficient and timely manner possible.
