We have a 30-day return policy if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us, and a member of our friendly customer care staff will assist in resolving any problems.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
If you need to return something, don't worry; you can do it by following the instructions below.
• Get in touch with us and we'll give you a returns form.
• Repackage your items in their original containers, together with the form we sent you.
• Send the completed package back to us by postal service.
NB: To track the progress of your package, we advise using a courier service that offers tracking. Please take note that we do not accept personalised items for returns or refunds.
WHO PAYS FOR MY POSTAGE TO RETURN THE ITEM?
You will be responsible for paying the fee for returning the item. We strongly advise utilising a tracked courier because we regrettably cannot be held liable for any lost items.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED DEFECTIVE GOODS?
If for any reason you think we received you damaged or defective goods, we'll work to resolve the issue as soon as we can. If you contact our customer service department, they will give you their recommendations.
